Did you know?

Maple sap is collected from the end of March to the end of April. Daily temperature elevation above 0°C during the day, marks the start of the production season with the thawing of the maples’ external layers. Just a simple little cut in the tree will let the sap flow out.

This sap is collected through a system of connected tubing which leads it to the sugar shack where, through evaporation, it becomes a golden-coloured, uniquely flavored syrup.

This 100% pure maple syrup is the basic ingredient that is transformed into other maple products.
